Verification Officer

Job Description

Verifying employment details of prospective candidates, including education, residential address and criminal records, for clients etc.
Coordinating with the Human Resource team and Line managers for employment & reference verification
Solving specific enquiries pertaining to background verification as and when requested
Flagging the candidate reports as per the norms of the organisation
Maintaining track of cases for future reference 
Collecting information and generating within the required time frame.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in background verification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a keen eye for noticing discrepancies
Proficiency in riding of motorbike
