1〠The ability to understand and translate business requirements into infrastructure service developments and improvements; 2〠An experienced solution designer, familiar with telecom operator service and mobile internet service status and trend; 3〠Has effective and direct communications with global Operator’s C-Level management like CEO, CMO, CTO etc 4〠Experience in creating Executive Presentations; 5〠Has wide connections and influence to the industry partners; 6〠Effectively manage third party relationships to help build and deliver technical, service and solution innovations. 7〠Contributing to the innovation of mobile internet digital services in the WA region. 8〠Creating and maintaining financial and budget plans. 9〠Experience within the Telecommunications market and service delivery industry. 10〠Must be result oriented and ambitious and able to communicate across all levels of management.
Desired Skills and Experience
1〠An experienced solution designer, familiar with telecom operator service and mobile internet service status and trend; 2〠Has effective and direct communications with global Operator’s C-Level management like CEO, CMO, CTO etc 3〠Effectively manage third party relationships to help build and deliver technical, service and solution innovations. 4〠Minimum 8+ years of solution, project, and or change management of successfully delivery in support of sales and marketing; 5〠Business process design experience and implementation; 6〠Ability to work in a multi- dimensional team with strong communication (verbal and written) and inter-personal skills; 7〠Industrial working experience is preferred.
