Job DescriptionRole: Provide high quality professional estate management and valuation service to all clients in order to fulfill the objectives of the company.Responsibilities
Undertake the valuation of assets in accordance with the instructions of the client
Advise on property values and land purchase
Prepare valuation reports in accordance with the IVRS and IFRS standards
Determine property attributes which affects value and apply those judgment to property within specified market areas to determine market values
Keep up to date of industry factors that may impact the real estate industry
Conduct feasibility and viability studies for projects
Identify and develop new business opportunities for the Company
Prepare and present weekly, quarterly and yearly report on valuation executions
Build and maintain a Valuation database
Provide support to the Agency, Facilities and Management departments
Skills and Specifications
Demonstrable experience in surveying including acquisitions/disposals, valuation ratings, lease renewals and estate management
Ability to write accurate and detailed valuation reports and presentations
Must be able to use Microsoft Suite
Able to prioritise, plan and organise own workload to meet conflicting priorities, targets and deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Managerial skills
Able to work on own or as part of a team
Good negotiating skills
Education
B.Sc Estate Management
NIESV will be an added advantage
Experience
4- 5 years
