Job Summary
Are you skilled in utility operations and equipment maintenance? We are looking for a Utility Engineer to ensure the seamless operation of compressors, chillers, boilers, water treatment plants, CO₂ plants, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain 95% availability of utility and ancillary equipment
Overhaul and troubleshoot utility machines (AF Compressors, Atlas Copco, Hansa Chiller, Bosch Boiler, etc.)
Monitor and manage utility costs and environmental KPIs within budget
Ensure plant safety with zero accidents and adherence to HSE protocols
Lead and develop a high-performing utilities team
Requirements
HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
5–8 years of experience, with at least 6 years in utility operations
Strong expertise in compressors, power generators, chillers, and water systems
Knowledge of safety procedures, problem-solving, and people management skills
