Unisup Coordination – SAP MM & RLM EXPERT (LOCAL)

Location (City): Port Harcourt, RiversJob DescriptionThe job holder will bring his knowledge of SAP and of its UNISUP implementation in Total’s upstream subsidiaries in order to improve appropriation and effectiveness of the usage of the MM and RLM modules, and assist rollout of the SAP RLM v2 solution until summer 2017. He or she will:

Ensure troubleshooting, error analysis, and user coaching as part of the UNISUP hotline

Support day to day SAP users in their use of UNISUP
Provide end users and key users with appropriate assistance so as to improve their knowledge of UNISUP, and communicate information about best practices, process evolutions, and new functionalities
Analyze problems and difficulties pointed out by users, and propose solutions compliant with UNISUP standards
Work with supply chain and logistics process leaders in order to identify recurring issues, and define communications and actions to correct them
Capture and document Business requirements from the supply chain and logistics domains, and follow up the communication with the SAP Competence Center at the Head Office, in connection with the UNISUP coordinator
Perform quality control and change management following deliveries from SAP development teams
Ensure that changes impacting logistics or supply chain processes meet Business requirements in relation with the PM and FI/CO domains
Define test scenarios and perform unit & integration tests, in connection with lead users, following each correction, evolution or SAP project delivery from the SAP Competence Center at the Head Office
Provide UNISUP users with training and mentoring for technical and functional assistance on matters relating to logistics and supply chain
Help users changing mindsets, approaches and habits when using UNISUP as part of overall promotion of best practices, in connection with lead users
Promote best practices in connection with supply chain and logistics lead users
Tightly monitor the usage of the system by mean of KPIs in order to ensure that best configurations and best practices are applied for both supply chain and logistics; issue KPIs on a regular basis for the management of these domains
Promote best technical solutions for UNISUP Nigeria in order to meet best practices approved by the Business in connection with the PM and FI/CO domains
Identify areas where corrective actions must be carried out, propose corrective actions in coordination with the relevant lead user and with the UNISUP Coordination, and follow up progress of ongoing changes in connection with the Head Office and with local teams
Propose action plans enforcing process changes approved by the various business process owners, and create and maintain user guides & manuals and procedures relating to supply chain and logistics
Identify areas where the key user network shall be improved, and make proposals to lead users accordingly
Design and document working procedures when required, especially for new functionalities, in connection with lead users
Propose and evaluate improvements, optimizations and evolutions of UNISUP Analyze and evaluates current Business processes and user requirements related to supply chain, logistics, and their integration with the FI/CO and PM modules for 11 company codes
Analyze the feasibility of optimizations and enhancements of current processes and settings in SAP, submit proposals for change accordingly, and ensure that such evolutions meet Business needs and requirements
Ensure that functional specifications submitted to Head Office SAP Competence Center are relevant, complete and accurate when requesting modifications or upgrade of SAP configuration

Job RequirementsBSc or equivalent in Information Technology , Accounting , Sciences, Engineering or related fields 8-10 years relevant working experience with ERPs, with SAP MM & RLM Solutions Consultant Certification, and extensive understanding and knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes in the Oil & Gas context, ideally with full-cycle SAP implementation experienceProactive team player with communication and leadership skills, strong sense of service to users, autonomy, analytical and solving problem skills, listening and teaching qualities, and ability to respect deadlines, plan actions, and prioritize goals in a complex environment involving numerous actors throughout a distributed environmentComfortable with frequent travels (2-3 days per week in Onne, 6-9 missions per year to Lagos, off-shore missions are possible)
