Job Description
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility while aligning with business goals.
Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to illustrate user flows and interactions.
UI Design: Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
User Experience Optimization: Improve user journeys by addressing pain points and optimizing the interaction between users and digital products.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into user-friendly designs.
Usability Testing: Conduct A/B testing and collect feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
Design Systems & Guidelines: Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries for consistency.
Responsive & Adaptive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for different screen sizes and devices.
Accessibility Compliance: Design interfaces that meet accessibility standards (WCAG) for inclusivity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
