UI/UX Designer

Multigate is looking for a dynamic Product Designer to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Engineers, Compliance, and others to tackle meaningful challenges. The ideal candidate will help shape the customer experience and align solutions with business objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities

Drive Key Results: Define and own critical project metrics, ensuring that your work not only meets but exceeds expectations.
Uncover Insights: Lead research initiatives to discover opportunities and insights, helping us solve complex challenges like entering new industries or launching exciting new products.
Craft Exceptional Designs: Design seamless, end-to-end product experiences—from sketching wireframes to creating high-fidelity prototypes. You’ll solve real problems with thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
Lead User Testing: Conduct and manage user testing sessions to validate your designs, ensuring they’re intuitive, elegant, and solve the right problems.
Collaborate & Iterate: Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to implement your designs, adjusting and refining based on feedback during design reviews.
Optimize & Improve: Post-launch, you’ll analyze the product’s performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the design continues to meet user and business needs.
Leverage a Design System: To maintain consistency, you’ll utilize our design system, ensuring all design elements speak a unified language across the platform.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ UI design experiencedesigning user-focused, polished interfaces, particularly for complex commercial applications, ideally within the fintech space.
A well-curated portfolio that demonstrates your UI expertise, highlighting projects where you’ve designed intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.
Experience designing for multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and web, ensuring consistent and seamless user experiences across all devices.
Keen eye for clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs, with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and grid systems.
Background in fast-paced fintech environments, addressing design challenges unique to financial products and services.
 Independently own design process from start to finish, while also working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
You understand the technical limitations of your designs and can develop practical, innovative solutions within those constraints.
Ability to tackling complex UI challenges, particularly in the fintech space, where clarity, user trust, and security are essential.
Committed to ongoing learning, continuously improving your skills, and staying updated on industry trends to enhance both your work and the team’s capabilities.
