Job Summary
Technical Motor Assistant to support our team in the daily operations of transporting equipment and materials.
The ideal candidate will assist in vehicle maintenance, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring safety standards are met during transport.
This role is essential to ensure smooth operations and adherence to technical standards in support of logistics and transport teams.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Operational Assistance:
Assist in the loading and unloading of products ensuring proper handling and securing of products.
Support the operator in navigating routes and keeping to schedules for timely deliveries.
Monitor the vehicle and cargo during transit to ensure safety.
Technical Support and Maintenance:
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to check for any maintenance needs or repairs.
Assist in minor repairs and routine maintenance under the guidance of the operator.
Report any equipment issues or potential hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while on the job.
Assist in emergency procedures, such as roadside assistance or mechanical troubleshooting when needed.
Follow company policies regarding transport, handling, and equipment usage

Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical or automotive fields is a plus.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Previous experience in a logistics, transport, or automotive support role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
