We are a leading Microfinance bank seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microfinance and treasury management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the bank’s treasury operations, including liquidity management, funding, and investment
Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Analyze market trends and make recommendations on investment opportunities
Manage relationships with correspondent banks, liquidity providers, and other financial institutions
Ensure effective cash management and forecasting
Provide leadership and guidance to the treasury team
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in treasury management, preferably in a Microfinance bank
Strong understanding of Microfinance principles and practices
Professional certification in treasury management or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
