Job Summary
The Trade Sales Analyst will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new travel agencies, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing sales data to drive business growth.
Duties / Responsibilities
Travel Agency Onboarding:
Respond to travel agency queries via email and phone (ticket rescheduling and opening)
Process travel agency refunds
Compile monthly sales reports for travel agencies
Payment Channel Onboarding
Take travel agents through our payment channels (Paystack and Account Crediting Process).
Travel Request Management:
Handle all incoming travel requests from agents
Manage all processes that follow after receiving travel requests
Sales Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to drive business growth
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to travel agencies and agents.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field.
At least 2-4 years of experience in sales analysis, customer service, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of bulk booking software and technologies like IATA, Amadeus, Galileo preferred SABRE
Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies
Good command of English, written and spoken.
Must be skilled in the knowledge of assisting passengers with reservations, ticketing, and flight schedule inquiries.
