The individual is responsible for the following:
Solve customers’ problems with swift response by attending to customers request both online and offline.
Respond to enquiries through emails, live chat, Call customers (outbound calls), and receive incoming calls from customers (inbound calls) irrespective of their bookings, spelling out the rules guiding the ticket.
Marketing: Sourcing of new corporate accounts and management of new and existing corporate accounts
Responsible for selling airline tickets, hotel vouchers, visa assistant services, tour vouchers to the general public.
Responsible for issuing of tickets on all three GDS’s. I.e. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo and assist with processing Hotel reservations, Flight reservation and Tour activities.
Responsible for performing activities delegated to you by your supervisor
Responsible for any other job function as directed by management
Requirements:
First degree from a reputable university
Individual must have knowledge of issuing airline tickets on either of the following GDS: Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre.
Individual’s cover letter should include knowledge of which GDS the Individual is familiar with.
Min: 1 year experience
Note: Only individuals who reside close Lagos island will be considered.
