Training Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager at Quality Foods Africa Group in Lagos.
The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for staff, assessing training needs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Additionally, the Training Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Qualifications

Training and Development, Training Needs Assessment, and Training Program Development skills
Experience in conducting training sessions and evaluating training effectiveness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and planning skills
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field
