Training Facilitator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Facilitator located in Lagos.
The Training Facilitator will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, facilitating communication among participants, providing coaching, and implementing training and development programs.

Qualifications

Training Facilitation and Training & Development skills
Strong Communication and Coaching abilities
Experience in conducting training sessions
Knowledge of adult learning principles
Ability to engage and motivate participants
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
