Tiktok Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven TikTok Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our TikTok marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging video content, monitoring performance, and growing our brand’s presence on the platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about TikTok trends, understands the algorithm, and can craft viral content aligned with our brand’s voice and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Develop and produce short-form video content for TikTok, showcasing creativity and storytelling skills.
Brainstorm and execute TikTok campaigns that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
Stay updated on TikTok trends, challenges, and features to create relevant content.

Strategy Development

Create and implement a comprehensive TikTok growth strategy.
Identify target audiences and craft content tailored to their interests and preferences.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align TikTok campaigns with overall branding and messaging.
Community Engagement. Engage with TikTok users by responding to comments and direct messages.
Build relationships with influencers and creators for collaborations and partnerships.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement, follower growth).
Provide insights and recommendations to improve content strategy and drive engagement.
Stay informed about algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

Platform Management

Manage and maintain the company’s TikTok account(s).
Schedule and publish content regularly to maintain audience interest.

Trend Analysis

Monitor competitors and industry leaders for inspiration and benchmarking.
Test new content ideas and analyze their effectiveness.

Requirements

Proven experience managing a successful TikTok account (personal or business).
Strong video editing and storytelling skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique ideas for TikTok campaigns.
Familiarity with TikTok analytics and ability to interpret data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for social media and staying updated on digital trends.
Knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.

Preferred Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience with influencer outreach and collaboration.
Knowledge of other social media platforms is a plus.
