About the Role

We are looking for a Ticket and Tour Specialist to join our fast-growing and customer-centric team at HelloMe Travels Limited, a subsidiary of HelloMe Limited. This role is vital in delivering exceptional travel experiences through efficient ticketing, tailored tour planning, and world-class customer service.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in flight bookings, tour package creation, itinerary development, and client support—ensuring seamless travel solutions for both individual and corporate clients. You will be responsible for handling reservations, providing travel advice, managing cancellations or reissues, and coordinating with global travel partners to meet diverse customer needs.

As part of our growing travel division, you will collaborate closely with the operations team and customer success officers to design and deliver travel services that reflect HelloMe’s core values of care, diligence, and innovation. Your role will be key to strengthening our presence in the travel and tourism industry by offering dependable, personalized, and barrier-free travel services across borders.

Key Responsibilities 

Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets via GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Reconfirm bookings, process cancellations, rescheduling, and reissuance of tickets as needed.
Create customized tour itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
Coordinate with local and international tour operators, hotels, and transportation providers.
Consult with clients to understand travel needs and offer suitable options.
Provide after-sales support including reminders, travel updates, and resolving issues before or during travel.
Provide accurate information on visa requirements, health advisories, and travel restrictions.
Assist with documentation and visa application processing where applicable.
Arrange accommodations, airport transfers, car rentals, and travel insurance as required.
Maintain accurate and organized records of client bookings, payments, and travel preferences.
Generate periodic sales and booking reports for management review.
Maintain strong relationships with airlines, travel partners, and service providers.
Leverage partnerships to secure competitive pricing and special packages.
Stay updated on travel trends, airline policies, promotions, and destination knowledge.
Proactively inform clients about new deals, packages, or changes affecting their travel.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in travel and ticketing services, preferably in a travel agency or tour company.
Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Solid understanding of domestic and international travel regulations, visa processing, and airline policies.
Strong customer service and communication skills – both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple bookings, changes, and client needs simultaneously with efficiency and professionalism.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with digital tools, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required, especially during peak travel seasons.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
IATA certification/license is an added advantage.
Training in Global Distribution System (GDS) Fares and Ticketing will be an added advantage.
