Territory Sales Supervisor

DESCRIPTIONThe incumbent will be responsible for increasing sales through gaining more territories and maintaining old territories.KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities)

Building the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques.
Identify the best go to market as it suits the assigned territory
Targeting potential Agents with customers and assessing opportunities for sales.
Arranging meetings with potential Agents with FTP (Franchise Trade Partners) where applicable and selling product offerings.
Cold calling potential Agents and players within the assigned territory and establishing needs.
Putting together a list of Small scale informal companies within the Territory, network and convert them as active agents.
Analyzing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for business development.
Deliver on revenue targets on both SC (Scratch Card), GC (Gaming Credit) and KPI’s as set by the business.
Establish Brand visibility via branding to sustain TOMA (Top of mind awareness)
Identify, train, direct and manage DSA (at least 20 direct report) to achieve the set targets on Agent acquisition and Sales.
Oversee the quality acquisition of Agents by the DSA and the achievement of set financial target
Keeping up to date with industry news to identify opportunities for new business.
To manage issues and escalation within define SLA
Disburse assigned budget to sort winnings, sort out logistic, Mini Trade shows/ Experiential, training and other events/ activities to deliver sales
Coach, Mentor and train both DSA and Agents
Give detailed report to Head Sales
Come up with a budget working with Finance, and other key parties

SPECIFICATIONSSKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Relevant industry background gained from a competitor or company in a related industry.
Excellent people skills and an ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
Proven track record of building business and hitting sales targets.
Strong Managerial skills
Ability to work in a high intensity, fast pace environment
Ability to meet physical demand of Jobs, including lifting, walking and standing
Ability to analyze and interpret Sales data to inform Sales Strategy
Experience organizing seminars and trade shows
Ability to converse in English
Ability to converse in Pidgin and at least a local dialect

EDUCATION

First degree from a reputable university
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Program including Power point, word and excel
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
