Territory Sales Manager

Job Objective:

We seek to hire Territory Sales Managers for the North West, North East and South East Regions respectively. The Territory Sales Manager shall be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographical area by managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets. This role involves implementing effective sales strategies, managing a sales team (if applicable), and ensuring customer satisfaction across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for the territory.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, including cold calling and lead generation.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor sales representatives (if applicable) to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and performance metrics. Provide regular reports to management on sales progress.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
Budget & Forecasting: Manage the sales budget and provide accurate sales forecasts for the territory.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, with a demonstrated track record of success in territory management or similar roles.
Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer acquisition and retention rates.
Territory revenue growth.
Effective pipeline management and sales forecasting accuracy.
