Territory Sales Executive (Sango Ota)

Our client in the FMCG industry is in need of a Territory Sales Executive in Sango Ota to lead the market engagement in that territory for immediate employment.

Job Description:

Develop and execute a sales plan for assigned territory and coordinate the sales in the outlet and territory.
Attend to customers’ requests and resolve customer complaints and challenges.
Coordinate the sales in the outlet and territory and develop a good rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
Take orders and follow through with payment and delivery and prepare customer delivery plan and itinerary and share with your line Manager.
Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship among customer service team members and familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and managed contact lists and followed up with customers routinely to maintain good relationships.
Update customers promptly about all ongoing item promotions and follow through with the delivery of these items.
Meet all sales targets, quotas and goals.
Constantly update your Line manager and HQ on the prevailing market priceĀ 
Accurately record your daily report and submit a weekly report to your line supervisor(s).
Perform other duties assigned by the superior and Management.

Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years sales experience in the FMCG industry with existing markets.
