Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Representative located in Ikeja, with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, providing excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries, and closing sales.
The role also involves maintaining customer records, conducting follow-up calls, and participating in sales training as needed.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills
Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Sales skills and the ability to close deals effectively
Experience with Training for personal and team development
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the ecommerce or technology sector is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
