Job Description
Reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce loan products and services.
Identify clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable loan options.
Generate leads, follow up on referrals, and convert leads into successful loan applications.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for loan product sales.
Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients by coordinating with relevant departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call outcomes, sales achievements, and market feedback.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in telesales or customer service within the financial services industry, preferably in loan sales.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle objections and work effectively under pressure.
