Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Retail sales team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to engage potential customers over the phone.
This role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing sales deals to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messages.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to enhance sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
Negotiate sales deals and close transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to enhance sales strategies.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
2 – 4 years in telesales or telemarketing or similar in the role of a sales executive.
Skills Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
