Job Summary
Tamak Logistics is seeking a proactive Telemarketer/Telesales Officer to drive sales through effective customer engagement and lead conversion.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Tamak Logistics’ services.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets of N1 million to earn commissions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally.
Requirements
Proven experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Logistics, or E-commerce is an advantage.
Strong persuasive and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Must reside within Lagos metropolis.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
