Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information about our services.
Identify and qualify leads, using persuasive communication to generate interest
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing strategies with current campaigns and promotions.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends,
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Must have a personal computer and a router
1-2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with a focus on closing sales and achieving targets.
Ability to work independently
Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
