Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services offered by the company
Utilize various dialing techniques (cold calling, warm calling e.t.c. to reach potential clients
Quality leads by assessing customer interest needs and budget
Gather and record customers information accurately in CRM systems
Persuade potential customers to make purchase and handle customers complaints effectively.
Qualifications
Degree in any reputable course
1-2 years experience as a credit officer in telemarketing,sales or customer service preferred.
Fluency in English and at least one other Nigerian language (Yoruba,igbo or hausa).
