Responsibilities
Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to, the entire organization
Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues
Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
Research and support the implementation of new technology solutions or applications that aid productivity within the organization
Pursue training and professional development opportunities, strive to continuously build knowledge and skills, stay on top of new trends in software technologies related to cloud-based deployments and share expertise with the team
Prepare and update the documentation to detail existing and new technology systems/processes
Get exposure to the technologies, tools, and processes used by Tech4Dev. Provide colleagues, beneficiaries, and partners with steps to help them resolve their technical problems
Collaborate with other departments to expand the organization’s technical knowledge and improve tools and practices
Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for Tech4Dev
Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements
Skills & Competencies
Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any other Technology-related field.
Minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in an IT support or Technology Support role
Proficiency in WordPress Development is a plus
Appreciation of Product design and graphics is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment • Strong analytical skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
