Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Trainee to join our team.
The successful candidate will undertake a comprehensive study of our operational aspects, contribute to maintaining and improving standards, and collaborate with various departments to identify areas of improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake a comprehensive study of all operational aspects of the business.
Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
Interface with clients to ensure deliverables meet their expectations.
Assist in the analysis and resolution of technical issues.
Support the development and implementation of systems, processes, and practices.
Requirements
Education: Graduate (B.Tech, B.E., or related Engineering/Building Technology discipline).
Experience: 1 to 2 years post-graduation experience in a relevant field is preferred.
Skills: Strong problem-solving, resourcefulness, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Candidates:
Applicants who have worked in the contractor and fabrication sector have an added advantage.
