Job Overview:
I-SenseVille Consults is seeking a Technical Support Intern (NYSC) on behalf of our client, an IT Consulting firm specializing in technical training. This role is ideal for a proactive and tech-savvy NYSC Corps Member eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and customer assistance.
Location: Magodo, Lagos
Work Mode: Full Time, Onsite excluding CDS Days.
Compensation: 50,000 Monthly (Net)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for training programs and IT systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in setting up training environments, including software installations.
Respond to client inquiries and provide remote or on-site support.
Document and escalate technical issues as needed.
Requirements:
Must be a current NYSC Corps Member (preferably posted to Lagos).
Basic knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and networking.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic IT environment.
