Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation and configuration of access control systems, including hardware setup, software integration and network configuration
Collaborate with clients to customize access control settings suitable to their needs
Test installed system to ensure functionality and performance meets standard
Perfore routine maintenace
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems by applying technical expertise
Provide on-site support for installations, configurations or repairs

Requirements

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience with access control systems.
Knowledge of diagnosing and trouble shooting access control hardware and software
Understand networking concepts
Strong communication and inter-personal skill
High level of accuracy and attention to details
Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is a plus.
