Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
Send out Newsletters to customers.
Send out follow up email.
Ability to create content.
Manage social media platform and graphics.
Ability to drive sales through social media.
Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications;
Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors;
Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications;
Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities;
Oversee the daily performance of computer systems;
Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support;
Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
Test and evaluate new technology
Taking pictures of each Items
Editing images ready for the website using appropriate software.
Coordinates updates so that web content does not become stale
Ensure Company presence on other sites such as Konga & Jumia etc.
Monitor all online transaction on the website and on registered market place platform
Ensure online sales are prepared and packaged for dispatch
Assisting around the showroom when needed.
