Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales executive to join our team and drive our mission of delivering exceptional, technical-based solutions.
He/she will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by identifying, developing, and managing key accounts.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in engineering, coupled with a passion for sales and client relations.
The candidate will collaborate with our project teams to offer clients tailored solutions that solve their specific challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and secure new accounts by identifying prospective clients in construction, manufacturing, and other industrial sectors.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Armorsil products; provide expert guidance on product applications, benefits, and technical specifications.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent support.
Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor products to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Offer post-sales support, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and product training, to ensure clients maximize the value of our products.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field) is required.
Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in construction chemicals, engineering products, or industrial materials.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and technical product applications.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in B2B sales and ability to meet sales targets; experience in building client relationships and consultative selling.
