Job Description
Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot (laptops, projectors, projector screens and other devices) hardware and software related issue in project location.
Proper evaluations of software and hardware analysis to meet organizational goals in project location.
Maintain good relationship with the school management and stakeholders.
Solving Technical and Application challenges in classrooms and laboratories
Encourage and assist teachers in the use of facilities in the project location which includes helping to convert lesson notes to slides.
Monitor and maintenance of facilities in the project location.
Supervise vendor working in the project location and make sure jobs are done perfectly.
Keep inventory of equipment and serves as store supervisor in the location.
Assist the account department in receivables functions this shall include follow-up on payment in the location.
Track, analyze and communicate project risks and opportunities to project supervisor.
Assist in coordinatingevents in project office and location.
Regular up to date information of assets at project locations to the management.
Assist Teachers to run projector/screen in classroom and ensure functionality ofequipment and availability in the project location.
Troubleshot hardware and software in classroom, experience centres
Fueling and powering of generators for the classrooms
Updating daily activities on usage of facilities in the classrooms on Whatsapp and weekly reports
Carry out administrative duties as well as other tasks assigned from the Head office.
Engage in promotion and sales of products such as; Edupad/Edutab, portal services, and other hi-tech products.
Requirements
Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
