Role Description
The Technical Assistant to the ED will provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director. The role holder will complete a broad variety of tasks that facilitate the ED’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; researching and preparing information for meetings with both internal and external parties; keeping abreast of industry and macro-economic indicators.
This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
A university degree (minimum of second class upper) in Engineering
Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage
