Career opportunity exist for a highly skilled and result driven Tech Sales and Sales Process Analyst – West Africa BU reporting directly to the Route To Market Director.

Responsibilities The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Sales processes standardization for the country
Increase sales team productivity and trade spend efficiencies
Proposing and implementing tools to fill in gaps identified in our sales processes
Managing IBS GSI framework: EDS, Salesforce, Bradworx, TDA, etc.
Sales Tech Innovation: Order Taking solution, Delivery Solution
Sales Reports standardize.

Amongst other duties, the job holder will:

Owner of the Sales Excellence Program
Calculate and measure Sales Force sizing
Deliver a standardized sales weekly and monthly meeting reports aligned with SEP
Innovation: Identify gaps in our sales processes that could be filled in by Tech Tools
Innovation: Investigate in the market place innovative Tech Tools
Manage contracts with Tech Suppliers like Brand
POC mapping & segmentation + Distribution Tracking
Contact Strategy – if applicable (depending on the maturity of the market).

Requirements The occupant of this position should possess:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment
Previous work experience required: CRM solutions and Business Processes Analysis
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft MS-Excel and ERP software.
