Summary

The key purpose of this role is to oversee the development, implementation, and management of FinTech and Tech Sales solutions, ensuring effective utilization of technology to drive business growth and operational efficiency. 
This includes managing Tech Sales applications, tracking in-trade execution, conducting quarterly trade audits, resolving system queries, and expanding e-commerce platforms. 
The role also involves driving adoption of FinTech projects, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that align with the organization’s objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Oversees the development, implementation of all approved FinTech solutions/services.
Manage all Sales applications used by the Sales Team in the field (POCEYE, SALESFORCE, KUJA, KUJASHOP, etc).
Track and report in-trade execution leveraging technology.
Responsible for Gerrot report for global stakeholders.
Own and drive all Fintech related projects and recommend relevant Fintech solutions that will drive business growth and objectives.
Plan, implement and manage quarterly trade audit and report results to management.
Manage all E – commerce platforms for the business as well as look for opportunities to expand our E – commerce footprint of the business.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities as relates to FinTech and Tech Sales Solutions.
Manage bulkbreaker team in terms of volume, coverage, Kuja and Kuja shop adoption and other issues of concern within the bulkbreaker channel.
Prepares reports on customer Quarterly volume performance for Banding and customer segment.
Prepare monthly mainstream price compliance report for Local on premise and mainstream POC’s.
Prepare and track weekly Bulkbreaker price compliance report as part of our STI for FY 2024.
Validate new customer geo-spatial location for white space creation for new customers to avoid overlapping of territories with existing customers.
Prepares Monthly sales Team incentives for BDR, BB Rep, High-end BDR, DD and Key account Reps.
Prepares and track weekly Key account report on brand availability, pricing and share of shelf.
Build and provide a weekly insight on new customer white space volumes as part of our STI to attain 250khl by the end of 2024 FY.
Tracks, oversees reporting for Trophy Stout Original Ginger Incentive across all the District for BDR, DD and sales Managers.
Track and provide weekly insight into flying fish, castle light and Trophy stouts Pocs availability.
Manage our salesforce surveys for Mainstream, Key account, and District developers.
Maintenance and cleaning of salesforce data to ensure we have the right channel and category.
Provide support to the team and other stakeholder as the case requires.

Minimum Requirements

Min. of B.Sc / HND in Sales and Marketing or any related discipline.
3 – 5 years management experience.
Experience in driving the adoption of technology solutions across teams.
Hands-on experience in project management and implementation of trade audits.
Experience in resolving technical system queries and customer complaints effectively.
Exposure to working with diverse teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
