Job Summary
The Team Member, Operations and Settlement is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the settlement and reconciliation division, ensuring efficient and accurate settlement of transactions, and providing exceptional service to customers.

Job Details
Operational Support:
Assist in the daily operations of the retail division, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Transaction Settlement:
Ensure accurate and timely settlement of all transfers, bills payment and other payments products of the bank.
Reconcile transaction records with external counterparties and internal systems.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to settlements.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
Assist in monitoring and managing operational risks
Participate in internal and external audits as required.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of transactions and settlements.
Generate regular reports on operational performance and settlement activities.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all transaction-related records.
Process Improvement:
Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Participate in the development and implementation of operational enhancements. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operations division.
Requirements

Good understanding of Payment/Banking operations and settlement processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in retail operations or transaction settlement.
Basic Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
Experience with transaction processing systems and reconciliation is an asset.
