Job Roles / Responsibilities

Research prospective accounts in targeted markets (Oil& Gas Sector- Downstream & Mid Stream) and , pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
Creating financial statements and analyzing the oil & gas team’s business.
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
Identify new prospects within designated / assigned business unit.
Work with team to develop proposals that addresses the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Develop growth strategies and plans
Identify and map business strengths in alignment to customer needs
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potential; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
5 – 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
