EDUCATOR
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons and instructional materials to students.
Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs and styles of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, creativity, and critical thinking.
Assess student progress and performance through assignments, exams, and other evaluation methods.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve.
Identify individual learning needs and develop personalized learning plans and strategies for students.
Incorporate technology and multimedia resources into teaching and learning activities to enhance student engagement and understanding.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and development.
Participate in school events, meetings, and committees as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education teaching certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Teacher or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching and working with students.
Ability to adapt teaching methods and strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Creativity and innovation in lesson planning and instructional delivery.
Technological proficiency and familiarity with educational technology tools and resources.
Organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to professional growth and development as an educator.
