Talent & Development Partner, Nigeria

As a Talent & Development and Deployment Partner, you’ll advise, guide, facilitate and deploy a wide range of world class Talent & Development products and tools. You’ll support in all matters related to the function of Talent and Development.

Responsibilities of this role would include, but not limited to:

Coordinate the smooth deployment of the relevant trainings.
Engage in Governance calls  on a weekly basis to share relevant T&DD updates.
Update and drive of the yearly HR wheel within your scope.
Coordinate and share T&D Dashboard analytics specific to your scope.
Coordinate specific agreed T&D Initiatives within your scope..
Be the single point of contact between the T&D Deployment Team and onsite teams within your scope.

What we are looking for

Vast and contemporary experience within Talent & Development Management, Learning, Performance Management, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, or any other related areas.
Passion, curiosity and application around talent and development
Senior Stakeholder Management, sparring and influencing skills
Teamwork and collaboration
Facilitation skills
Solution thinking and forward thinking, supported by strong analytical skills
Active listening with a customer experience mindset
