Performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks.
Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
Configures and installs computer hardware and software.
Manages inventory control of IT equipment and supplies.
Upgrades hardware and software components.
Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking.
Monitors and collects data on system performance.
Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
This position would typically include senior Technical Analyst who is able to perform tasks of high complexity and difficulty. Such individual could also manage, train and mentor other team members and lead projects

Job Requirement

B.Sc./B.Eng/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Minimum Second Class Upper Division
CCNP or Higher Cisco certification
MCSA (Cloud or Productivity) or higher Microsoft certification will be an added advantage
Minimum 4 years post NYSC experience
