Purpose
To establish and manage EPC and non-EPC contracts for Medium Projects, Major Civils, and Pipelines projects, Engineering Services, QA/QC Services, including Projects-to-Asset Opex contracts, from contracting strategy development to execution.
To secure supply for the execution of Medium Projects and deliver value through commercial deals structured and managed to achieve lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCoO) consistent with project objectives.
To apply contracting and procurement expertise to develop contracting solutions for Medium Projects EPC and non-EPC contracts that are aligned with business needs.
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum First Degree in Sciences/Arts/Engineering/Social Sciences, LLB, etc with at least 5yrs Oil & Gas Industry Experience.
A certification in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
The Supply Chain Commercial Service Provider role requires a service provider with sound Contracting and Procurement competency and the ability to influence and negotiate with external and internal stakeholders.
