Job Description
Prepare the presentations of the dishes and trays for the banquets. Prepare cold dishes. Operate ovens, kitchens, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare dishes. Prepare ingredients for cooking, for example, divide food into portions, chop and store before use. Prepare and cook food. Weigh, measure and mix the ingredients. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Monitor the quality of food while preparing food and throughout the day. Test the dishes to determine if they have been cooked enough. Guarantee the quality of food and notify the manager in the event that there is a product that does not meet the specifications. DESIRABLE APTITUES
Education: Secondary school title or equivalent certificate of a General Education Development program (General Educational Development, GED).
Related work experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Experience as a supervisor: At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
