Strategy & Business Growth Lead

Job Purpose/Objective

As the Strategy & Business Growth Lead, you will play a critical role in driving BrainBox’s business growth and operational efficiency. You are responsible for driving business expansion, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring that brand activations, experiential marketing, and direct consumer engagements yield measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Expansion

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Develop strategies to expand client portfolios and increase market penetration.
Pitch and secure new accounts by presenting tailored BTL marketing solutions.

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic growth plans for the agency.
Analyze industry trends and consumer behavior to shape campaign strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, operations, sales) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Client Relationship Management

Engage with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop customized BTL strategies.
Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure retention through value-driven solutions.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights on engagement and brand activation.

Campaign Development & Performance Optimization

Oversee the conceptualization and execution of BTL campaigns, including activations, events, promotions, and direct consumer engagement.
Set KPIs, measure campaign success, and refine strategies based on performance data.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Conduct research to identify target audience preferences, industry gaps, and market dynamics.
Monitor competitors’ strategies to stay ahead in the BTL space.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong background in experiential marketing, brand activations, and consumer engagement
Ability to develop and implement scalable business growth strategies
Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management
Expertise in BTL campaign planning, execution, and optimization
Data-driven decision-making skills with experience in performance analytics
Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 7years of experience in business development and strategy, preferably in a BTL agency or similar industry.
Strong understanding of market trends, sales techniques, and business development strategies.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in managing client relationships and developing client-facing materials.
Experience in Experiential Marketing, BTL Activations, Social Media Communications
