Key Responsibilties

Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, identifying operational bottlenecks, and implementing corrective measures to enhance productivity. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience, including at least three in a supervisory role. Proficiency in GAAP and advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting is highly desirable. Must demonstrate leadership in process improvement and team development.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a closely related field is required.

A minimum of four years of professional experience is required in an Executive Assistant capacity or an equivalent position providing support to senior executives.

Relevant experience in consulting, finance, professional services, or structured corporate environments is highly advantageous.

Individuals must possess a track record of success in dynamic, high-performance settings that demand adaptability and efficiency under pressure.

Technical Skills Required:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Experience with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL, is necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred. Knowledge of DevOps practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
