Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and project management. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, maintain high standards of performance, and foster a collaborative work environment. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, monitor progress, and provide actionable insights to senior management to drive operational excellence. Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and achieve key performance indicators. Serve as a liaison between departments, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of objectives. Additionally, identify training needs, mentor team members, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Devising and executing robust sales strategies is essential to achieving and surpassing established sales objectives.

Conducting comprehensive market research to uncover emerging opportunities and assess evolving customer requirements represents a key responsibility of this role.

Responsibilities include cultivating and evaluating prospective clients via diverse marketing avenues such as social media platforms, email initiatives, and promotional gatherings to ensure high-quality lead acquisition.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships with both current and prospective clients, fostering high levels of satisfaction and driving repeat engagements.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement cohesive marketing campaigns that support and align with sales objectives.

Performance Tracking: Conduct ongoing evaluations of sales and marketing performance metrics and deliver comprehensive reports to management on a consistent basis.

Maintain current awareness of industry trends, competitor actions, and the company’s products and services to ensure comprehensive product knowledge.

The position necessitates a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a comparable role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is critical. Additionally, familiarity with compliance regulations and best practices in the industry is preferred.

Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing roles within pertinent industries is required.
