Develop and implement outreach strategies targeting healthcare professionals and medical organizations to secure buy-in and foster advocacy, ultimately driving recommendations and attracting new users.

Salesforce Effectiveness and Data Management involves overseeing the optimization of Salesforce functionality and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within the system. This role requires expertise in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include analyzing data trends, generating insightful reports, and implementing data governance policies to enhance decision-making processes. Proficiency in Salesforce administration, data migration, and integration with other systems is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.

Deliver instructional sessions to the secondary Salesforce team aimed at addressing knowledge deficits and code-related shortcomings in SN (Sales Navigator) proficiency.

Engage with owners and aisle attendants at hospital proximity trade outlets to gather insights on SN products, including competitive offerings, thereby collecting and tracking market intelligence reports. Follow up systematically and coordinate with the sales team to guarantee product availability.

The role involves managing and facilitating the processing of written and officially sanctioned hospital product order requests, ensuring efficient coordination and clear communication throughout the process.
