Enrich customer satisfaction through the utilization of Side equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability to meet operational demands.
Facilitate the comprehension of Side technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accessibility while maintaining accuracy and adherence to technical standards.
Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure optimal system functionality and user satisfaction. Your Profile
Education and languages: Applicants must hold a pertinent academic qualification and demonstrate proficiency in the required languages.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required.
An advanced proficiency in English is essential for this role.
Proficient in the customer’s local language—Plus—is a key requirement for this role.
Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in a relevant field, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, as are excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required. Additionally, prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.
Candidates with prior experience in the beverage industry will be strongly preferred for PET Lines roles.
An automation background encompassing hands-on experience with Side or Drones PET production lines is required.
Proficient in engaging in strategic commercial negotiations and fostering productive business discussions with stakeholders. Skilled in navigating complex transactions while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships and aligning discussions with organizational objectives. Capable of articulating value propositions, addressing objections, and securing mutually beneficial agreements.
Proficiency in Side’s offerings and solutions would be considered advantageous.
