Job Summary

Are you an experienced Storekeeper looking for a challenging role in the real estate and property construction industry?
DreamCity Group is currently seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to join our team.
As a Storekeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing our construction materials and supplies efficiently.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for construction projects.
Issue materials and supplies to construction teams as per project requirements.
Keep accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels using inventory management software.
Coordinate with QS, suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Implement proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage or loss of materials.
Conduct regular stock audits/counts and report any discrepancies to the management.

Requirements

Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Storekeeper in the real estate or construction industry.
Relevant educational qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
