Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant’s store.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising store staff, and ensuring that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock
Supervise and train store staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including receiving and storing deliveries
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Monitor and control store expenses, including labor and inventory costs
Develop and implement processes to improve store efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a store supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment – Proven track record of successfully managing inventory and supervising staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic math skills and accuracy with inventory management.
