Our client is seeking a very professional Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations at its fashion store in Lekki. As the Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading a team, and ensuring the store maintains the highest standards of customer service and product presentation. The starting salary for this role is N200,000. However, we are willing to pay N250,000 to applicants that meet our client’s specific needs. Please do not apply if you do not meet the criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day store operations.
Oversee all aspects of customer service, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience.
Plan and execute in-store promotions, sales events, and product launches to drive customer engagement and sales.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and care.
Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and place orders accordingly.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
Proven experience in managing and motivating a team, with a strong ability to lead by example.
Deep commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience and resolving issues effectively.
A solid understanding of fashion trends, products, and customer preferences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and corporate management.
Familiarity with retail management software, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
