Store Operations Team Lead

JOB SUMMARY 

 The Store Operations Team Lead will oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a premium store ambiance. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Open and manage the store daily, ensuring operational readiness and a premium ambiance (cleanliness, layout, music, etc.).
Train and develop team members on policies, products, and customer service excellence.Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. 
Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock records, and maintain reorder levels for high-end products. 
Manage daily banking operations and financial reconciliations. 

QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in the luxury retail industry or a similar high-end sector. 
Training in Customer Service and Financial Management is an advantage.
